An Evening of Lebanese Food with Andree Helou and Tom Mannion
Don't forget to register for our last event of the year: An Evening of Lebanese Food with Tom Mannion and Andree Helou on Tuesday, May 18th at 6:30 p.m.
Join us for an interactive, virtual event to enjoy a Lebanese tasting menu and learn how to prepare a variety of Lebanese dishes.
This will be an evening of both dining and learning how to cook Lebanese dishes.
We will be providing a catered tasting menu for the evening that you can enjoy in your home while you participate in the event.
Food will be available for a socially- distanced pickup between 1 pm and 4 pm on the day of the event. Instructions and directions will be emailed to you after you register.
The tasting menu will include:
- 1 Quart of Lentil Soup
- Assortment of Small Appetizers
- 2 Pieces of Baklava
These are the dishes that we will observe being prepared during the event.
- Chicken & Rice
- Stuffed Grapes Leaves
A digital copy of the recipes for the featured dishes will be included.
*Fall Gathering held in October to welcome new and returning members and to showcase the club activities
*Holiday Luncheon held in December to enjoy the seasonal decor at the Athenaeum
Spring Scattering held in the evening towards the end of the academic year
